Check-In Time Starts AFTER 3:00 PM. Early Check-In requests are subject to availability and an extra charge. Due to the fact that a camper (which may be staying in your target Check-in campsite the night before your intended arrival) has until 1:00 PM to Check-out (the day of your arrival) we, unfortunately, can not guarantee an early Check-in request’s availability until within 24hrs prior to (after 3:00 PM on the day BEFORE) your arrival date, so you should plan on calling the Campground’s telephone number (717-442-8429) beforehand to make your request known and to receive a final confirmation (or not) for early arrival availability. Unfortunately, there is no extra space on the property to drop-off, park or store an RV and/or associated vehicles that arrive way too early for normal Check-In Time (or an even earlier arrival than has already been projected or agreed upon in advance).

Early Check-Ins (if your campsite is available) between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM require a $10 Additional Fee.

Early Check-Ins (if your campsite is available) between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM require a $20 Additional Fee.

Early Check-Ins (if your campsite is available) between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM require a $30 Additional Fee.

Check-In Time Ends AT 11:00 PM. A Courtesy Call to the Campground’s telephone number (717-442-8429) is required if an arrival is anticipated to be after 9:00 PM and before 11:00 PM (Prior to those times on the day of your scheduled arrival). For the respect of our other Camping Guests that have already checked in earlier in the day, no arrivals after 11:00 PM will be allowed (for any reason).

Late Check-Ins between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM require a $10 Additional Fee.

Late Check-Ins between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM require a $20 Additional Fee.

Late Check-Ins AFTER 11:00 PM are not allowed (for any reason).
