Check-In Time:  After 3:00 PM* / Ends at 11:00 PM**
Check-Out Time:  By 1:00 PM*

*Early Check-In, Late Check-In and/or Late Check-Out requests are subject to availability and an extra charge.

**A Courtesy Call is required if an arrival is anticipated to be after 9:00 PM and before 11:00 PM (Prior to those times on the day of your scheduled arrival). For the respect of our Guests that have already checked in earlier, no arrivals after 11:00 PM will be allowed (for any reason). Thank you for your understanding.

Our Cancellation Policy

Camping is an all-weather outdoor experience. (We don’t charge extra for sunshine and we don’t refund for rain.) Therefore, we do not refund for last minute cancellations (or early departures) due to inclement weather.

If you have to cancel your reservation:

More than 14 days prior to start of stay:  Deposit Refunded (Less $5 Service fee)
8 - 14 days prior to start of stay:  50% of Deposit Refunded
7 days or less prior to start of stay:  No Refund

(Deposit is equal to one night's fee, except on Holidays or Annual
Rough & Tumble Engineers Threshermen’s Reunion, then it is three night's fee)
